Dr. Ana Bumstead
Dr. Ana Bumstead has been a licensed massage therapist for over 15 years. In 2016, she furthered her education and graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College. Dr. Ana’s mission is to empower individuals in their own health and healing to find hope for total body wellness. She believes that every milestone in a patient’s life is important for the development of the body, and strives to assist patients to thrive throughout each stage of their life.
Shalome Wallace
Meet Shalome, our licensed massage therapist, serving patients since 2023. She specializes in therapeutic, deep tissue, prenatal, and hot stone massage and works alongside our chiropractic office to support muscle relaxation, pain relief, and improved mobility. Shalome customizes each session to help patients feel restored.
Abbie Menees
Meet Abbie our front desk coordinator. A proud mom of three and originally from St. Louis, Abbie brings warmth, organization, and a genuine love for helping others into our office every day. From scheduling appointments to making sure patients feel comfortable and cared for, she plays a big role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. We’re so excited to start another New Year with her on our team!
